Educational event «The World heritage in the history of the East»
On February 10, the Faculty of International Relations, Career Guidance and pre-University Training held an educational event ” The World heritage in the history of the East”, dedicated to the memory of the great Uzbek poet Alisher Navoi.
An exhibition of books by the Turkic educator and Uzbek poet Alisher Navoi was organized in the library for participants of the educational event.
Master’s degree student Kuziboev Azizbek and the 5th year student Sultonov Izzatillo made presentations about the poet’s life and work.
The poems of Alisher Navoi were recited by the first-year student Baratov Javlonbek in the Uzbek language
The educational event “World heritage in the history of the East” was held with the participation of the Rector of the Academy Mikalai Haurychenka, the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Career Guidance and pre-University Training Dmitry Fedotov, the Director of the library of the Academy Natalia Korniychenko.
A bust of the great poet, statesman and thinker Alisher Navoi, who lived in the XV century, is opened in the square in the Sverdlov street in Minsk. The bust was unveiled on July 29, 2019, as part of the first Forum of the regions of Belarus and Uzbekistan.
Everyone admitted that the event dedicated to the memory of the great poet Alisher Navoi contributed to the strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between representatives of different peoples studying at the Academy.
