103 YEARS SINCE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
THE CITIZENSHIP AND MIGRATION UNITS
December 14, 2023. in the assembly hall of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee held a solemn meeting on the occasion of the formation of divisions on citizenship and migration, in which the management of Vitebsk universities took part.
With congratulations to the participants of the event addressed the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Major General of the militia Lyubimov A. In his speech Lyubimov A. assigned an important role to international subdivisions of higher education institutions, who, in a reliable symbiosis with the Citizenship and Migration Offices, conscientiously perform the functions of compliance with the migration legislation among students – residents of foreign countries and ensure the quality of educational work among this category persons.
The Faculty of International Relations, Vocational Guidance and Pre-university Training of the Academy was noted by the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs: from the hands of Major General of the Militia Lyubimov A.
Rector of the Academy Gavrichenko N.I. delivered a congratulatory speech on the stage of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Executive Committee, as well as for many years of fruitful cooperation and active interaction, presented the Certificate of Honour of the Academy and Gratitude to the staff of the Citizen and Migration Division.
